yummy~~ Klang Bah Kut Teh (Non Halal)
My Second post for my friends who stay in foreign country and also for those who haven try this before~~ klang Bah Kut Teh.. Klang is a small town n also a place where i growth. Bah Kut Teh is one of the famous dishes in Klang.. Wat u call BahKutTeh in english? i duno.. MeatBoneTea?!

why tea not included??
Tea is just a complementary drink when u makan Bah Kut Teh. It help to clean FAT in body.
Types of Bah Kut Teh :
1. The Origin Bah Kut Teh (only Meat no vege)
This is the origin Bah Kut Teh where u can found "under de klang brige". it boil in a big big bowl mixed with herbal ingredient and meat. the soup was delicious after few hours cook. *abit geli when u makan to much*

2. Claypot Bah Kut Teh
Evolution of The Origin Bah Kut Teh, it cook in a claypot with some vege n mushroom. Definitely it look more healthier compare to the origin since u can see some green in the claypot. But still FAT!

3. Dry Bah Kut Teh (meat, sotong slice)
Dunno when n who come out with this creation. This type of Bah Kut Teh is different compare to origin n claypot Bah Kut Teh, the way they cook, taste and ingredients. This taste more stronger n heavy. A lot of dry sotong slice are added in. *i like it bcos of the sotong slices*

*You Tiao (in Mandarin)*
*Rice with Dry Union n Vege Oil (Planta?)*

For those haven't try Bah Kut Teh before.. Faster take drive to Klang n taste it.. Believed me it was nice! yummy.. abit hungry now...grgrr grrgrr..
